My goal is to help small businesses improve their processes and solidify their SOPs (standard operating procedures). By doing this, business owners can focus on what they enjoy and less on the basic functions that - frankly - shouldn't be taking up too much of their day (if streamlined together).
Over the last decade, I’ve used what I like to call the “Refreshed Wheel” approach to analyze what is currently working for the company and which processes are not . Through this , my goal is to push what is working to be the best it can be for more processes OR - if it doesn't work - work to find a solution that does.
Sounds scary but honestly - I prefer to not reinvent the wheel if not required ( i.e. be as less invasive as possible ). I find that too much change scares off employees and even clientele if drastic - but if the carriage is stuck then we need to fix something (gradually and with prudence).
I’ve created project plans for a variety of businesses – from law firms to healthcare organizations – with the goal of improving their current situation.
I can do as little as to create a list of recommendations for an organization (i.e. you), or I can go as far as to create a project and work it through to completion with organizational coaching opportunities along the way – it’s all up to what the organization is looking for and how involved they want me to be.
I take a collaborative approach to consulting, working closely with you and your team to understand unique needs and develop customized solutions. I believe that effective communication and partnership is key to achieving success.
